Oliphant Consultants is dedicated to providing consulting services to public safety agencies and individuals within those organizations. We work with law enforcement, courts, and corrections agencies, as well as community-based organizations to develop safer, healthier communities.
As criminal justice generalists, our focused interest is on research-based program/policy development and analysis, strategic planning and partnerships, community-coalition building, and individual development to create more effective public safety organizations and build community capacity.
We believe in strengthening the effectiveness of public safety agencies and safety of our communities through organizational and community coalition-building, targeted training, and strategic policy development as well as critical incident review and policy analysis.
We also believe that organizations are only as strong as the individuals within them. As such, we offer team development, group training and therapeutic coaching for individuals who work in public safety agencies. These agencies include: law enforcement, fire and emergency medical services, probation and parole, courts, and corrections services--public and private. We offer these services to agencies at the local, state, and federal levels and also include private contracting service providers. Our individual coaching services are also provided to active military service personnel and veterans whether or not they are employed by justice or first response agencies.
